Ordering & Purchasing
Most items are made to order. Once you place an order, your item will be built specifically for you. Some smaller items may be kept in stock and are ready sooner. If you have questions before ordering, feel free to contact us.
Yes. Every item from Lazy M Barrel Crafts is handcrafted by Rob using reclaimed wine barrels. Because of this, no two pieces are exactly alike.
Absolutely. Custom orders are welcome. If you’re looking for a specific size, style, or finish, please contact us to discuss your project before ordering.
Build times vary depending on the item and current workload. Most made-to-order pieces take time to ensure quality craftsmanship. You’ll be contacted after ordering with an estimated completion timeframe.

All payments are processed securely.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. For custom orders, payment confirms your place in the build schedule.

Pickup, Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations
Local pickup is preferred, especially for larger furniture items. Shipping may be available for smaller items such as accessories. If you’re interested in shipping, please contact us before placing your order to discuss options and costs.
Pickup details will be provided after your order is placed. Pickup times are arranged directly with Rob to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.
At this time, large furniture items are primarily available for local pickup. Shipping large items may be possible in certain cases but must be discussed prior to ordering.
Because most items are made to order or considered special orders, returns are generally not accepted. Please review product details carefully before purchasing and contact us with any questions prior to ordering.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to address any issues.
Cancellations may be possible if work has not yet begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled. Please contact us promptly if you need to discuss a cancellation.
Materials & Care
Because each piece is handmade using reclaimed materials, wood grain, color, and markings will vary. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
Most items can be cleaned with a damp cloth. For outdoor use, protecting your piece from prolonged moisture will help extend its life. Specific care instructions may be included with your purchase.
Many of our pieces can be used outdoors, especially in covered areas such as patios or porches. To extend the life of your item, we recommend protecting it from prolonged exposure to moisture and harsh weather.
Yes. Our pieces are made from authentic, reclaimed oak wine barrels. Each barrel has its own history, which contributes to the unique character of the finished product.
Yes. Reclaimed wood may include natural markings, nail holes, or variations in texture and color. These features are not defects—they are part of the material’s history and add to the rustic charm of each piece.
No special maintenance is required. Occasional cleaning with a damp cloth is usually sufficient. For outdoor pieces, periodic re-sealing or covering during wet seasons can help maintain appearance and durability.
