Made-to-Order & Handmade Items
Most items at Lazy M Barrel Crafts are handcrafted to order. Because of the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos before placing an order. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchase — we are happy to help.
Natural Variations
Each piece is made from reclaimed wine barrels. Wood grain, color variations, markings, and minor imperfections are part of the character of reclaimed materials and are not considered defects.
No two pieces will look exactly alike.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once work has started on a made-to-order or custom item, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged (for shipped items) or there is a workmanship issue, please contact us within 3 days of pickup or delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos
We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping & Pickup Responsibility
Most large furniture items are available for local pickup only. Once an item has been picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer.
For shipped items, customers are responsible for reporting any visible shipping damage promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Clearance or sale items
- Made-to-order furniture
- Custom pieces
- Personalized items
- Items showing signs of use
